Cameron Keller

3 photoshoots and 3 questions

Cameron Keller is a model and artist based out of New Mexico. She has been featured in the publication before back in December.

Today we’re showcasing 3 photoshoots I did with Cameron at 3 different locations.

A photo studio, a tennis court, and outside of a church.

On top of the photos, I also asked Cameron 3 questions that are part of my new series “Open Hearts, Adaptive Minds

Question I

The world often teaches us to close our hearts, what’s a lesson you’ve learned in how to keep your heart open?

I think, from an artist standpoint, it’s an unconscious advantage to lead with your heart. Owning your emotions goes hand in hand with transitioning them into raw, authentic art. Admittedly, it is something that comes naturally. It’s all I’ve ever known and been. My intensity from having an open heart has frequently been the root of discourse and ostracized me, while simultaneously bringing me closer to my passions and goals in a uniquely divine way.

Question II

What’s something you do to help other people and the planet thrive?

I love to garden! I specifically plant for bugs/the large variety of pollinators. (I don’t even mind if they eat my plants 😉 -there’s enough to go around) With such a massive impact on our ecosystem I wholeheartedly believe it’s important to support them however possible. Even if it’s small, a backyard garden a massive way to help the earth heal from humans brutal impact.

Question III

What’s a favorite quote of yours?

”Take it easy, it’s just a drawing 🥱 “ -Patrick in doodlebob SpongeBob episode.
